A good man. Aya on the other hand had a stronger desire to establish a creed, where the main purpose is not to create good deeds, but to destroy the opposite notion of hers. Unlike her husband, she named herself after a goddess, Amunet, and sought out fame as an assassin, wanting to be remembered.
You cannot chose who to play in Origins. You play Bayek for around 99% of the game but there are some short sections when you play as Aya. Apart from Odyssey and Valhalla, there are two Assassin's Creed games where you can play as a female protagonist for most of the game (more if you include the Chronicles series but I haven't played those).
What follows are several story missions to bring Cleopatra to power. After this you can return to your exploration buisiness. Main story will be far from over. #1.
